Buttn believes that personal training should be accessible to everyone. Train with a fully certified personal trainer at a time and in a place that works for you, from the comfort of your living room to a park in the open air, or a hotel room. From an early morning HIIT session to an evening yoga flow, we’ve got you covered. All you need is a device with a camera, a mat (a towel will do if you don’t have a mat), and the motivation to get moving! .

You choose the workout you want to do, and we’ll find a selection of fitness professionals for you to choose from. Stick with your favourite type of exercise or try something new. Buttn trainers specialise in the following activities:

- HIIT
- Yoga
- Pilates
- Martial Arts
- Pre-Natal
- Functional
- Strength
- Stretching

You’ll be reducing your risk of injury by training with someone who is qualified in the exercise type you choose, and your session will be tailored to your bespoke requirements.

No previous fitness experience is required, we welcome everyone at every stage of their health and wellbeing journey. If this is your first workout or if it’s your thousandth workout, Buttn trainers will create a session that helps you to achieve your individual goals.

How it works:

- Create your profile in less than two minutes.
- Choose an exercise type and when you want to work out.
- Buttn will provide you with a selection of trainers who are available at your chosen time.
- Select the trainer that you want to workout with and book your session.
- When it’s time for your session, put your mat down, have a bottle of water nearby, and bring your motivation.
- Enjoy your fully guided, tailored session, all done through livestreaming on your phone.
- Feel good!
