I want to help busy people get into the best shape of their lives by helping them create a healthy and sustainable fitness lifestyle by using the DJ Method™.

This program is made for busy people who struggle to schedule in a fitness regime consistently into their lifestyle. The DJ Method will help people who need accountability on a daily basis and that need clear and easy instructions that effortlessly fit into their daily routine.

Whether you are a busy parent, busy professional, have big life commitments or all 3!

I know what it feels like to be working long hours, juggling family life and living with life’s responsibilities. It is hard to then think about yourself and your health. The thought of having to decide about what you are going to eat and which fitness workout is the best, can be overwhelming and just add to life’s stresses.

You do not have to live in this vicious circle and It does not have to be this way. You can manage a busy lifestyle whilst achieving your health and fitness goals!

The DJ Method will help you realign your fitness goals, create a sustainable plan that is adaptable and purposeful to suit your lifestyle. I promise you will feel empowered to live the healthy lifestyle you want and I will guide you every step of the way!

I am going to offer:

1. Monthly Personal exercise programs tailored to your goals.
2. Nutritional guidance and ongoing feedback using MyFitnessPal which is integrated into the DJ Method™ app.
3. Daily accountability through personal messaging, set workout schedules, food diary checking with feedback and daily habit goals. There will be a Facebook group that members can join for support.
4. Set goals and strategies that are adapted to your lifestyle. Goal setting will be done at the beginning of the program, along with measurements and biomechanics analysis.
5. Along with a personal program there will be set follow along workouts on demand. Monthly challenges will be set to help you stay motivated too!
6. Weekly checkin (accountability forms) start and end of the working week will be scheduled into your diary.
7. Monthly video call one to one check ins.
8. 3 monthly group workshops and face to face meet ups.

You can choose from a monthly or 3 month commitment.

I will also guarantee, if you do not achieve your goals in the agreed timeframe and you have followed the set plan, I will coach you for free!
