HR Legend is a secure, employee-centric mobile application to simplify daily HR services and strengthen workforce management. It brings attendance, leave, payroll, performance, communication, and workplace safety into one easy-to-use platform.

Main Features

Attendance Management
Employees can Check In and Check Out directly from the app. At the time of check-in or check-out, the app captures the employee’s current geolocation for verification. If the employee is not near the company premises, the attendance request is automatically sent to the supervisor for approval. Supervisors can view the recorded location before approving or rejecting the attendance.

Leave Management
Submit leave applications digitally, track leave balances in real time, and view leave history. Supervisors can approve or reject leave requests through the app.

Payslip Access
View and download monthly payslips securely anytime, anywhere.

KPI Analytics
Track personal KPI achievements and targets. Employees can also view relevant branch or department-level performance for better transparency.

Safety Alerts
Quickly report emergency or security incidents. Employees can capture photos, record videos, or send voice recordings along with the alert to enable faster organizational response.

Inbox & Chat
Communicate directly with colleagues through the built-in chat. Support for text, voice messages, photos, and videos (including live camera capture) makes internal collaboration faster and more effective.

Daily Quiz & Leaderboard
Participate in daily quizzes to boost knowledge and engagement. Top performers are highlighted on the leaderboard.

Birthdays & Greetings
View upcoming birthdays of colleagues and send personal greetings through the chat.

Company Announcements & Events
Stay updated with important company announcements and upcoming events in one place.

Team Attendance Summary
View who is present or absent in your team or department (role-based access). Supervisors have additional visibility into their assigned employees’ leave balances.

My Profile
Manage personal information, view documents, career growth details, assigned assets, and update eligible details for HR approval. Biometric authentication (Fingerprint / Face) and PIN are supported for secure login and attendance marking.

Device Control & Security
The app can be registered and used on only one authorized device per employee. Changing devices requires prior approval from IT, ensuring stronger protection of sensitive HR data.

Learning Integration
Assigned training courses from the organization’s Moodle Learning & Development platform are displayed inside the app to support training-related KPIs.
