আরজ আলী মাতুব্বর (১৭ ডিসেম্বর, ১৯০০ – ১৫ মার্চ ১৯৮৫), একজন বাংলাদেশী দার্শনিক, চিন্তাবিদ এবং লেখক ছিলেন। তার প্রকৃত নাম ছিলো “আরজ আলী”। আঞ্চলিক ভূস্বামী হওয়ার সুবাধে তিনি “মাতুব্বর” নাম ধারণ করেন। গ্রামের মক্তবে কিছুকাল পড়াশোনা করেন, যেখানে শুধু কোরান ও অন্যান্য ইসলামিক ইতিহাসের উপর শিক্ষা দেয়া হত।
