About NovaShop – Essen bestellen

Hungry, and the restaurant around the corner has just what you need. With NovaShop, you can order there in just a few tips—no registration, no password, and no one saving your address for later.

NO ACCOUNT. REALLY NONE.

Other ordering apps want your email, password, and phone number first. Not NovaShop. You open the app, select your restaurant, and order. There's no registration because there's nothing to register for.

THE MENU AS IT IS TODAY
Each restaurant maintains its own menu in its system—what you see in the app is the current version: categories, prices, descriptions. For many dishes, you can select sides, sizes, or extras directly; any additional charges are displayed before you confirm. A note is sent to the kitchen with each order.

PICKUP OR DELIVERY
You decide for each order. If your local restaurant delivers, you'll see the delivery fee, minimum order value, and delivery radius beforehand—no surprises at checkout.

PAY VIA STRIPE
Payment is made in the app via Stripe's payment window. Your card details go directly to Stripe—our server never sees or stores them. Only after payment is processed does the order reach the kitchen.

KEEP YOU KNOWED
After payment, you'll receive your order number and the estimated wait time. The status updates with each tap: received, being prepared, ready. For deliveries, a tracking link is provided.

IN YOUR LANGUAGE
The app is available in German, English, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch, Greek, Serbian, Turkish, Albanian, and Arabic. You select your language upon first launch; you can change it at any time afterward via the globe icon.

AS LITTLE AS POSSIBLE
NovaShop requires only one permission: internet access. No location, camera, contacts, or address book access. There is no advertising and no tracking profile.

WHO IS IT FOR? For customers of cafes, snack bars, and restaurants in Switzerland that use NovaKasse. If you don't find your establishment on the list, it doesn't (yet) use NovaKasse—feel free to let them know.
