About AVAMEC Interativo

Avamec Interativo advances and innovates by proposing new ways to expand knowledge about modalities, planning, execution and management of continuing education for Basic Education professionals in a collaborative network and learning communities. The technology of the training coordination and management platform must allow managers and teachers to be instructed on concepts related to teaching and learning processes. The solutions must also allow the creation of didactic situations suitable for continued training, considering the need to develop skills and competencies in formal, informal, didactic, a-didactic and collaborative situations (interaction between peers). The expansion referred to here aims to transpose the traditional concept of in-service professional training into face-to-face mode or individual self-directed study approaches. Throughout the project, we worked to design variations in methodologies and technologies that allow us to create appropriate training situations, following the idea of ​​active and hybrid methodologies, and monitoring the individual professional development of Basic Education teachers who will be served by the solution.
