NutriTrain is the app where your plan arrives ready-made, created by the professional who guides you.

The app doesn't create anything automatically and doesn't generate plans automatically. Your personal trainer or nutritionist prescribes the plan within the system they use to monitor their clients. You open the app and see what to do today.

Important: Access comes via an invitation from your professional. If they don't already use NutriTrain, show them the system at nutritrain.pro.

GUIDED WORKOUT

Your complete workout plan, set by set, with weight, repetitions, and rest as prescribed by your trainer. Rest timer and exercise video when attached. You record the weight you lifted, and the history is there for the next workout.

DIET WITHOUT MIND-BREAKING

The meal plan created by your nutritionist, with meals, portions, macros, and the substitutions they approved. Mark what you ate and follow the day.

CARDIO AND WATER

The prescribed cardio and hydration goal, with reminders at the time you choose.

PROGRESS YOU CAN SEE

Weight, measurements, and progress photos side-by-side. The graph shows the journey, not just today's number.

CHECK-IN WITH FEEDBACK

On the agreed date, the app opens the check-in. You send weight, measurements, and photos, the professional responds, and the plan adjustment arrives here.

The app is free for the user. There are no subscriptions, upgrades, or payment screens. What you agree on with your professional is between the two of you.

Weight, measurements, and photos are visible to you and the professional who is working with you. No advertising and no data sales. You can delete your account through the app itself, in Profile.
