KnackClock is free employee time tracking app for construction companies, electrical companies, manufacturing lines, workstations and general contractor. It can be used at a fixed location at a business or in a mobile location. Main purpose of this app to minimize time to manage employees time tracking either in excel sheet or manually in paper, and automated payroll for employees and generate invoice for client. To avoid fake clock-in/out, employee need to take selfie while doing clock-in and clock-out, beside you can see exact location of clock-in and clock-out in google map.

* Support of web dashboard to monitor clock activity in more detailed with graphical way of displaying data. Easy to identify on-going work progress, which help you to identify where more work force is required to reach deadline.
* 2 ways to fill timesheet for employee: run clock timer & add manual work hours. Each timesheet entry go under approval of supervisor or admin.
* Employee can add expense with bill attached. Every expense request go under approval of admin or supervisor who have permission to approve expense.
* Admin can set advanced rules for clock timer, like employee can only do clock-in between 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM, round clock-in time to 8:00 AM if clock-in between 7:50 AM to 8:15 AM.
* Edit timesheet log entry based on Admin or supervisor approval.
* Automated Clock-In/Out and Switch notification to employee based on Geo Fence settings on project.
* Supervisors and employees can do clock-in/out of other employee using unique employee PIN in case of employee do not have Android or iPhone cell.
* Admin and Supervisors can easily see employees list who has started work today and work progress by live photos.
* Alert to employee and supervisor who has forgot to stop clock timer.
* Admin can monitor work and cost efforts and work on how to minimize cost and work too.
* Admin can create billable and non-billable task & expense category for each project.
* Easy to generate invoice by project, by task and by person.
* Export timesheet data in excel.
* Based employee pay rate, easy to generate payroll data for employees. Available employee pay rate type - hourly, daily and monthly.
