They've been lying to me for over a month. I pre-ordered a few things, came out to almost $200. Was told it shipped around the end of July. Nothing. Messaged them, they said it was cuz of covid. Interesting, cuz I got my other order from them much faster when it was in stock. I messaged again and was told that one of my items were out of stock, which doesn't make sense cuz I waited 4 months for it by this point. I kept messaging them and got no answers. Eventually, I was told they lost it.

I honestly trust cokodive with all my K-pop stan heart. 🎀 They're very trustworthy and communicate in the best way possible to make sure we get our order safely. ✨️ The reason why I put 4 stars is the price.. Their shipping is very expensive, making the total price very high. I paid 80 dollars for an album pack, which is very insane. If they fix the pricing, everything will be fine! ☺️💐

This is the best app for ordering my merch so far. The shipping is not that expensive taking onto consideration my experience with other apps, and I get the tracking number so I'm able to be constantly checking how my package is going. My only suggestion is that they should get more repertoire in albums. For example I've been looking for this IU album but they don't have it, so they should get more merchandise. But after all, it's a really great app. If I could give 6 stars, I would.
