With the CAPinside app you are always up to date, even when you are on the move. Push notifications give you updates on your watch list, your portfolios, new events and content that match your chosen interests. A must for all members of the CAPinside community and those who want to become one.
The CAPinside app - your companion on the go and in between
Keeping up to date takes time and requires many sources. Time that you can spend talking to your customers or other important tasks. With our notifications we have already taken a big step towards more effective information transfer. If something changes in funds that you have in your watch list or in one of your portfolios, you will be informed by us. Articles that match the interests you previously selected in your profile or events that are taking place in your area will also trigger a notification. What exactly you get and what you are informed about, you can adjust according to your needs.
So far, these notifications only took place in the browser on the platform. As soon as you have logged in, you can see what happened during your absence in the menu by the bell or directly in the notification center. All this now also takes place in the app. The perfect companion for you on the go and in between.


The CAPinside app offers these functions
Our new app is characterized by two core functions that are to be understood as an addition to the platform. There you will find the notification center and your direct messages, so that you are always up to date, even if you are not currently on the platform. It is important that you allow push notifications on your mobile phone. To get the most out of these features, you should set up both your notifications and your interests on the platform. This means that nothing stands in the way of receiving relevant information.


Prepare account for app use
Before you can use the app, you first need a CAPinside account. This can be set up quickly and free of charge for you. With these steps you can optimally set up your notifications, push notifications and interests and use the advantages of the CAPinside app.
1. Adjust your interests in your CAPinside profile. This ensures that you only receive notifications on topics that are relevant to you.
2. Set up your notifications. You decide for yourself which areas (funds, portfolios, events, interests, profile) you want to be notified about.
3. In addition to the notifications on the platform and mobile push notifications, we will inform you about missed notifications by email. Set yourself whether you want this.
4. Now allow push notifications on your mobile device. Again, you can decide for which areas you want to receive push notifications.
