DMD Portal is the client app for law firms instructing DMD Costs Ltd on legal costs drafting, negotiation and recovery.

It is an access tool for authorised users. An account issued by DMD Costs Ltd is required. The app has no public or guest functionality, and no account can be created from within it.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• See every case your firm has with us, and where each one has reached
• Follow a file through its stages — instructed, drafting, bill sent to you, served on the paying party, in negotiation, settled
• Read a plain-English progress update on any case
• See offers as they are made, in both directions, with how each one compares to the bill
• Instruct a new case by uploading the papers from your device
• Ask the costs team for an update on any file

Bill total, costs recovered, profit costs and recovery rate on every matter, so you can see the position on a file without asking for it.

SCOPED TO YOUR FIRM

You see only your own firm's cases. Access is tied to the account we issue you, and your data is sent over an encrypted connection.
