Welcome to DMP - The Diabetes App. We are a community for people impacted by diabetes. With the DMP App, individuals with diabetes can make friends and connections, access resources such as videos and articles, and seek guidance from others within the community.

DMP is a free app that allows the diabetic community to take control of their diabetes. Our mission is to be community first - DMP will always make our Users its number one priority. Together, we have created an intuitive platform for Type 1, 2, and gestational diabetics and their supporters.
