Traevy turns your daily commute into something you can actually see.

Tap start when you leave. Tap stop when you arrive. Traevy records the trip, works out the distance and duration, and — the part that matters — splits your time into moving versus stuck in traffic.

WHY TRAEVY

Most of us have no real idea what the commute costs us. "About 45 minutes" turns out to be 70 on a bad day, and 20 of those were spent sitting still. Traevy gives you the actual number, week after week, so you can decide what to do about it.

ONE-TAP RECORDING
Start when you leave, stop when you arrive. No forms, no per-trip setup. Recording keeps running in the background while you travel.

AUTOMATIC TRAFFIC DETECTION
Traevy separates time spent moving from time spent crawling or stationary, so you can see how much of a trip was traffic rather than distance.

SEE WHERE THE TIME WENT
Every trip draws its route on a map with the slow stretches marked out. Not just how long you were stuck, but where — which junctions and which stretches of road actually cost you.

YOUR FULL TRIP HISTORY
Every trip is saved with its route, duration, distance and traffic split. Browse as a list or by calendar, open any trip for the detail, and edit it if something needs correcting.

LONG STOPS DON'T COUNT AGAINST YOU
Stop for petrol or to drop someone off and Traevy can offer to pause, so the wait isn't counted as time stuck in traffic. You can add or adjust breaks on any trip afterwards.

HOME AND OFFICE
Save your home and office locations and Traevy labels trips automatically as heading to work or heading home. You can always change a label yourself.

WORKS COMPLETELY OFFLINE
Trips are stored on your device first. No signal, no problem — nothing is lost and every feature still works. Underground car parks and dead zones don't break your recording.

OPTIONAL CLOUD BACKUP
Sign in with Google if you want your trips backed up. On a new phone, sign in and your trips come back on their own. Signing in is entirely optional — the app works fully without an account.

REMINDERS
Set a reminder on the days you commute so you don't forget to start recording. Switch on the weekly summary and Traevy tells you what the week cost you.

YOU STAY IN CONTROL
Deleted trips go to Trash, so you can bring them back. You can wipe all your trips whenever you like, or delete your account entirely — which permanently erases them from our servers rather than just hiding them.

ABOUT LOCATION
Traevy uses precise location, including in the background while a trip is recording, to measure your route, distance and speed. Location is only recorded between the moment you tap start and the moment you tap stop. Your location data is never sold, and it is not shared with third parties.
