From there you get a short, self-contained practice — something to write, a reframe to try, a moment of gratitude, or a small idea to sit with. Three minutes, five, or ten: you choose. Then it's done, and you get on with your day.

This isn't a course you complete. There is no final day and nothing to graduate from. New practices keep arriving for as long as you want them, and you can do more than one in a day whenever you feel like it. Your pace, always.

Prices are shown in your local currency before you confirm. Payment is charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically until you cancel it.
