Ten Ten is a live walkie-talkie for real friends. Add someone with a PIN, then hold to speak, switch to video, or send a poke. Built for the people you actually talk to — not for a public audience.

WHY TEN TEN
Most chat apps bury you in threads, status updates, and groups you never asked to join. Ten Ten does the opposite. Open the app, see your circle, and talk. Voice is live, like a real walkie-talkie. Video is there when you want a face. A poke is there when a word is too much.

This is not a social network. No public profile. No discover page. No algorithm. Friends find you with a PIN. You accept or you do not.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Create an account with email, display name, and password.
2. You get a unique PIN. Share it with the people you want in your circle.
3. They send a friend request. You accept. They appear on your home screen.
4. Hold to talk. Slide to lock for hands-free. Switch to video when you need a face. Tap poke for a nudge.
5. No channels. No room codes. No “start a meeting.”

LIVE WALKIE-TALKIE
Hold on a friend and you are live. Ten Ten is push-to-talk, not a voicemail inbox. Your voice goes out in real time. Slide to lock the blast to keep talking without holding. Release when you are done. Incoming blasts can wake the phone so you do not miss them. Use silent mode or do-not-disturb when you need quiet.

VIDEO
Voice is the default. Video is a choice. Flip to video in the same flow — no separate call screen, no calendar invite, no waiting lobby. Camera is used for the live call and for your profile photo. We do not record or store the stream.

POKES
Sometimes you do not need a sentence. You need a presence. A poke is a small, instant tap that says I am here. Use it to say good morning, to check in, or to pull someone back without typing a paragraph.

YOUR CIRCLE, NOT THE INTERNET
• Add friends only by PIN — no contact-book dump
• Accept or ignore every request
• Mute when you need quiet, block when you need a hard line
• Rotate your PIN anytime so an old code stops working
• Accepted friends see your name, photo, and whether you are around
• Friends cannot see your email or your PIN

STATUS AND PROFILE
Your circle can see who is around. Silent mode means reachable later, not never. Do-not-disturb is the stronger switch. Online status is shared only with accepted friends while you are connected.

Set a display name. Add a photo if you want. That is the whole public surface, and only people you accepted can see it. Change name, photo, or PIN from Settings. Update your password or delete your account there too.

PRIVACY, IN PLAIN LANGUAGE
We store the account you create: email, display name, hashed password, PIN, friend list, and optional profile photo. We store push tokens so pokes and incoming blasts can reach your phone. We use analytics to understand whether the app is reliable. We do not sell your data. We do not use it for third-party ads.

Microphone and camera are used only for live voice, live video, and taking a profile photo. Audio and video travel peer-to-peer when they can. If a direct path cannot be found, media may be relayed so the call can still connect. We do not keep a transcript or recording, and we do not listen in.

You can mute, block, turn off notifications, rotate your PIN, or delete your account in the app. Questions: [email protected].
