You can:
• View test and analysis results, such as blood tests, X-rays, ultrasounds, electrocardiograms, etc.
• Review a summary after your appointments;
• Book, confirm, or cancel appointments and receive reminders;
• Send messages to certain healthcare teams;
• Download documents completed by your healthcare provider, such as forms or certificates;
• View your medications and medical history;
• Monitor the care of a loved one, with their permission;
• Access reliable health information.

My Health Record is being offered as a pilot project in the North of Montreal Island and the Mauricie-et-Centre-du-Québec region. It contains information from public institutions in these regions.
