Simulator for test tasks on law and the history of Ukrainian statehood for quality preparation for the competition for vacant positions of judges (selection of candidates for the position of judge)

Tests in the court of first instance include the following structural blocks for preparing for the law test:
1. General knowledge in the field of law (500 questions)
2. Administrative specialization (1000 questions)
3. Economic specialization (1000 questions)
4. General specialization (civil and criminal) (1500 questions)

And also questions on the history of Ukrainian statehood (700 questions), on the following topics:
1. Development of statehood on the territory of Ukraine in ancient and medieval times
2. The struggle for Ukrainian statehood in the Early Modern period (end of the 15th - 18th centuries)
3. National-political processes on Ukrainian lands in the Late Modern Times (end of the 18th – beginning of the 20th century)
4. Ukraine on the way to the revival of statehood in 1914–1921
5. Ukraine as part of the USSR and other states and the problems of Ukrainian state formation in 1921–1991.
6. Development of independent Ukraine since 1991

The questions are formed on the basis of official questions and answers published by the Supreme Court of Justice within the framework of the selection process for the position of judge of the first instance. The test tasks used in the application are officially approved by the Supreme Court of Appeals of Ukraine and publicly available questions for judicial candidates. The application is a private development and is not related to the official state body - the High Qualification Commission of Judges. The developer is not responsible for the completeness and correctness of the published VKKS test tasks, as well as for the relevance of the generated answers

You can take the tests and study the questions completely, in parts by groups of questions, in parts from random questions, in the form of working on mistakes on the question in which a mistake was made, as well as by repeating the studied questions. Answer options are shuffled at each test to ensure high efficiency in memorizing answers and preventing guessing
