AO-ALEXSO is the company's ERP field work application.
It brings to your phone the decisions made standing in front of the customer.

WHAT IS DONE IN THE FIELD

• Take orders with the price and discounts calculated by the server, not the phone: the app and the system never give different numbers.

• Record visits with the actual location where they took place.

• Collect payments and record payments, including any outstanding balances.

• Clock in and out using GPS.

• Issue invoices or receipts to SUNAT (the Peruvian tax authority) without returning to the office.

• Check stock levels by batch and warehouse, right in front of the customer.

THE ENTIRE SYSTEM, ACCORDING TO ROLE

Customers, deliveries, routes, settlements, purchases, inventory, finance, personnel, and configuration. Each person sees exactly what their role allows: the permissions are the same as those applied by the server.

DESIGNED FOR THE STREET

The receipt and order slip are displayed on screen and shared via WhatsApp. Location is automatically determined while working, so when you arrive to clock in, it's already set up. And if the precise location isn't available—inside a building, in a basement—the app uses the last known location instead of leaving anyone unable to clock in.

COMPANY ACCOUNT REQUIRED

This application is an internal tool. There is no public registry: accounts are created by the system administrator. If your company does not use this ERP, the application will not be useful to you.
