WTF and ITF Scoring WiFi Client Pro needs the TKD Scoring Wi-Fi Server Pro, to be installed in a PC (Windows, Mac, Linux) or a Tablet, in order to configure the controller, compute and display the score; the server is available for download from: https://www.tkd.scoring-wifi.com

This controller is not compatible with the older versions of TKD Scoring Wi-Fi Server.

It’s using your mobile Wi-Fi technology to connect and communicate with the server & it DOES NOT require internet connection.

As already mentioned, the controller requires the TKD Wi-Fi Server Pro;
There are a few versions of the servers available for download from our website:

The first version was created a few years ago by Taekwondo people like you as an effective & low-cost solution for our classes; The scope was to allow our members, grandmasters, masters, students, and parents to setup on a spot and in no time a scoring system for our classes with the lowest possible cost ever. It was so successful for our members describing it as “Holy crap this is incredible! This looks even more professional and easier to use than any of the programs I’ve ever seen used at official comps.” and “Hey ... just installed everything and it’s unreal! Everything works perfectly, looks great!”. It was so successful and we been encouraged to make it public available.

The new Pro version it’s a completely new redesigned solution and not just a simple upgrade to the existing version, it’s a full technical and cosmetical redesign. The number, the behaviour, the look and feel of the referee mobile buttons are fully configurable from the server side, making the new version usable for other sports as well; it’s also reconfigurable if the rules of the Taekwondo competition change over the time. The new server solution increases the user's experience and usability through the new Material Design implementation of the user interface that also solves the scalability issues for computers with high resolution screens. It’s using a newer and much faster redesigned scoring engine (rules-pro) which will display the points even faster than on the previous system.

In addition to the UI changes, the new Tournament Planner component will be delivered with an embedded database to store the tournament information. The server will be delivered with an embedded database out of the box but will also allow you to use your own database too. If you will be running more than one court, you can connect all courts to only one database which will store centralised data about all the players, the divisions, and the game's results. The new Scoring system will have a fully redesigned tournament planner, with a much smoother and more fluent workflow and will provide a better experience provided by the new Material Design user interface.

Taekwondo sparring fuels our passion and making the application better and simple is our passion. If you are reading this document, we assume you already know what Taekwondo sparring is, and as most of us you know that in Taekwondo sport tournaments each kick and punch should count.

This app is not just any scoring system. It was created from the necessity of a low-cost solution for small clubs like the ones where we used to train too. It was created to help Taekwondo community, to promote Taekwondo sparing and to resolve the biggest issue of the day for all Taekwondo clubs.
