Education Act, 2028 (1971) is An Act Made to Provide for Education to be Given in the Schools According to the National Education System Plan।

This act is expedient to promote quality education through improvements in the management of existing and future schools all over Nepal in order to prepare human resource for national development and to maintain good conduct, decency and morality of the people in general in consonance with multi-party democratic system.

The Act and Rule designed in this app, have been taken from Nepal Law commission.
