PRIVACY AND SECURITY

Mura uses role-based access and visibility controls so Care Team members see information appropriate to their role.

Database records, account information and uploaded documents are stored at rest in Sydney, Australia. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Some service providers may process information outside Australia; see Mura’s Privacy Policy for details.

Mura is designed around the Australian Privacy Principles and Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act. It does not claim to replace the legal, security or record-keeping obligations of healthcare and care providers.
