Are you the first user in your company to download Smart Expense? Complete the registration and all the necessary parameters for the correct management of the procedure will be automatically created. In a few minutes you can enter all your travel and business expenses.

Invite your colleagues to log in with your company code or company VAT number and start creating a team. Simply make approval hierarchies to send and receive expense reports between colleagues before they are submitted to administration.

Entering new expenses is simple. Take a photo and upload the expense receipts so you never forget your receipts and invoices. Complete with the required data and that's it!

The expenses entered can be grouped into events (optional) when you have many trips, attend training courses, meet customers and suppliers, are at a fair or are working on a particular project.

Create your expense reimbursements and associate all the expenses and events you want. When everything is ready, send the expense report to your approver and that's it!
