Subscriptions are billed through Google Play and renew automatically until cancelled. You can change or cancel your plan at any time in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions; cancelling keeps Premium until the end of the period you have paid for. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
