About iMFAS Field Admission

The Field Admission is the Flagship product of InitVent Consulting Services Ltd. This is an online and Offline based comprehensive solution for large scale Micro Finance organization across the globe.By this app Field Officers to do the member survey,admission and first savings account opening from the field . A Field Officer can takes/captures photo and signatures of the member at live time during Field Member Admission. This is a great tool to save lot of effort and time of both the Member and Field Officer. A Member need not come to the office Physically for admission.


This App can work as Online or Offline File based mode.

In case of online using RESTful Web Service it communicates with the iMFAS service to get the Location & Other official Information to admit a Member by identifying the Branch,Area,Zone,Sub-zone of an Organization . After finishing the Admission Process Field Officer Export the Admitted Members data to the Organization Server.

In case of offline , Officer Export the Admitted Members data to CSV file due to lacking of Internet and Finally synchronize that file to Organization Server .

To work with Field Admission, first one needs to do the settings for data source with UserID & PassWord Provided by Organization ,either File or Online. Otherwise it will not work.
