About e-Mentor

e-Mentor's idea is primarily based on professionalizing the youth work force, developing their competences for encouraging and supporting them to become entrepreneurs, if they are in a position to take over their family business or if they are willing to start up a new business.

e-Mentor is a tested model and the idea is to bring in youth initiative to put their ideas into practice through our e-Mentors' professional guidance model; also furnishing them with entrepreneurship and mentee training through partner universities and VET representatives in the consortium.

This mentee training to include both the basics of entrepreneurship financial tools/systems in order to make various financial decisions effectively themselves; and ways of receiving an efficient guidance from their mentors; also making clear the concept of mentoring support.
