Operational and agile communication tool with family members and users of proximity services.

The Family App allows the coordination of the service to communicate with family members and users in real time, making it easier for them to have, at all times, the necessary information to have control and monitoring of the service.

Through the APP, families and users can:

• Visualize the planned services, the schedule, the assigned professional and the tasks to be carried out by the direct attention personnel, according to your Intervention Project.
• Receive an informative notification with the expected changes in your family member's service.
• Have at your disposal the active "Work Plan" of the user, as well as the agenda with the punctual modifications on it.
• Have a messaging service that allows two-way communication between the family member and the service coordination team. The notices received by the coordination of the service are automatically registered in the web application, from where they can be listed and/or consulted in the file of each user.
• The App allows the family member/user to submit complaints and/or suggestions regarding the service.
• The management of the complaints process from the CIBERSAD App complies with the guidelines of the ISO 10002 Standard and, specifically, allows the family/user to be informed at all times of the status of their claim.

Any change made, by the coordination, in CIBERSAD web is automatically notified to the APP in real time. In the same way, the family member or user may communicate, through the messaging service, with the coordination of the service.

The CIBERSAD family APP allows the generation of several family access accounts for each user, and their personalized configuration.

The CIBERSAD relative's APP is available on the iOS and Android operating systems.
