The Muhammadan calendar is the result of research by Mr. Farqad al-Husayni al-Qazwini (may his grace be eternal). It has no connection to the movement of the moon. Rather, it is a solar-stellar calendar based on the movement of the sun in its phases to determine the positions of the months in the seasons, first, and then the number of years. The source is the book "Fayd al-Alim fi Ma'rifat al-Taqwim" (The Flow of the Knowing in Knowing the Calendar) by Mr. Farqad al-Husayni al-Qazwini.

The program displays today's date according to the Muhammadan calendar, along with a tool for comparing the Muhammadan calendar with the current solar calendar (Gregorian). It supports navigation between days, months, and years, displays important events, and details the movement of the sun in its phases, including the rising and setting times, and the saying of the Arab poet.
