Categories, merchants and employees can be added. You can add one or more locations and their individual rooms and offices to get an even better overview of the existing inventory. Furthermore, the data from your inventory can be imported from or made available to other applications. This allows Users to completely manage the "Inventar-Manager"'s data themselves and synchronize it between different devices independently
Photos and file attachments can also be assigned to the inventory object. The "Inventar-Manager" offers the possibility of binding to a document management system, as for example lobodms, so you can link already filed invoices, delivery notes etc. directly, without having to save them extra again.
QR-Code
The Use of barcodes in the mobile application ensures faster and more reliable data entry and search. this saves valuable time and eliminates manual input errors. In addition, printing the QR-Code makes it easier to capture items.
Multi-User and Multi-Database
It is possible to create additional users for an active database. This means, for example, that both purchasing staff and warehouse colleagues can log on to the "Inventar-Manager". In this way, they can both access, record and maintain the products.
Likewise, users can not only open one database per account, but also create several inventory lists. This is an advantage if the user wants to differentiate between several companies or does not want to mix professional with private.

This also applies if you purchased the "Inventar-Manager" with a server connection. You are not dependent on a permanent online connection, but can work offline without any worries.
