Our app also offers a unique dashboard for applicants, tenants, landlords, vendors, and contractors/suppliers. Landlords and tenants can have full access to their statements, tenants can report repairs and track progress through to completion, applicants can receive properties instantaneously that meet their criteria, and contractors can send maintenance quotes with a single click. Landlords can even approve those maintenance quotes via the app.
