Eliminate the need for hours of paperwork by logging payment, managing your invoicing and keeping track of where you work quickly and efficiently via the ReceiptShed app.

App functions:

Invoicing: ReceiptShed allows you to send quotes, raise invoices and always keep track of due payments.

Payment logging: Payment logging is easy - just take a photo of the receipt or invoice and note the amount when prompted to do so. This information will be saved securely for 6 years in our Cloud system, eliminating the need to keep paper copies of everything making bundles of receipts a thing of the past!

Job check-in:
Use the GPS locator to quickly log your location when you start a job. This is stored in your app calendar eliminating the need to keep a written diary of where you have been each day.

Accountant access:
Use the Manage Accountant function to give your accountant access to your invoices and payments. All your information is converted into an efficient spreadsheet enabling them to prepare your accounts with ease.

Dashboard access:
Log into your ReceiptShed account on your computer or iPad to access all your information in spreadsheet format. This is ideal if you prepare you own VAT returns or accounts, or if you want to download all your information to keep on your computer.

No Signal? No Problem!
ReceiptShed work even when a mobile signal is unavailable, meaning you can carry on inputting all your information regardless. Once a connection is reestablished, all inputted information will upload to your account automatically.

Multiple users:
ReceiptShed allows more than one person to log onto the app at any one time. A great function if you have a few people working various jobs.

Late payment alert:
Enter your payment terms (usually 14 days) and once an invoice becomes overdue ReceiptShed will let you know.

ReceiptShed is available on free trial for 30 days. Once the trial period comes to an end you will start an automatic subscription through the google play store unless you choose to cancel the subscription.
