Sedimar models how marine sediments are arranged from coast to abyss using two controls: water depth and sediment supply (river, biogenic, or aeolian dust).
Adjust the parameters and watch the plan view and vertical column update. Shallow high-energy areas favor gravel–sand barriers and shoals; quieter shelf waters favor silt–mud; deeper settings shift toward hemipelagic mud, calcareous or siliceous ooze, and pelagic clay depending on supply.
