Potluckit turns organizing a neighborhood potluck into a delightfully visual experience centered around a realistic refrigerator door. The main Fridge screen scatters colorful sticky note contributions across the stainless steel surface, each pinned with a tiny fruit-shaped magnet and color-coded by spice level: mint green for mild, warm yellow for medium, and coral red for hot. At the top, magnetic fruit counters shaped like a red apple and a yellow lemon show the total number of dishes and unique guests at a glance. A horizontal row of the three most recent contributions sits just above the tab bar so you can check the latest additions instantly. Adding a contribution is as simple as tapping the blank note pad button, which opens a clean form that slides up like a flipped sticky note pad to capture the dish name, the guest’s first name, servings via a numeric keypad, and a spice level picked from mild, medium, or hot. Newly added notes receive a subtle blue corner stamp with a tiny clock icon, giving a fresh visual cue. All information is stored directly on your device, meaning no account, no cloud sync, and no internet connection are ever required. When a dish is confirmed, a small star magnet appears beside the note rather than a checkmark, keeping the fridge authentic. The Dishes tab presents a sortable list of all contributions as vertically arranged sticky note cards, each with a spice-tinted corner tag and the confirmation star when applicable; swiping any note left makes it crumple away with a playful magnet drop sound for quick deletion. The People tab alphabetically lists every guest name, and tapping a name displays a popover card with miniature note previews of that person’s dishes, helping you see who is bringing what at a glance. Glossy alphabet magnets for Fridge, Dishes, Add, and People serve as the bottom navigation, lifting slightly with a soft glow when active.
