Armed with over a decades experience in the health & fitness industry it has become clear that what a lot of online coaching lacks is that – COACHING. I’ve also been a semi-professional strength & conditioning coach in Rugby League for clubs such as the Melbourne Storm & Redcliffe Dolphins for just as long. This has helped hone the art of coaching and the detail that goes into mastering skills. In short, I want to bring you more than just sets, reps and exercises. I want to show you how to move effectively to get rid of pain, avoid injury & maximise performance. I’ve taken the time and care to create video tutorials that get you moving in the same patterns with the same cues that all of my in-person clients get to experience week-in, week-out. To go one step further, I’ve leveraged my experience as a coach & athlete to create programs that cater to many different training goals. I pride myself on being able to have coached so many clients through different phases, interests and injuries. From powerlifting to marathons, knee replacements to quadriplegia, there isn’t much I haven’t sunk my teeth into. What I want most though is to pass all this knowledge on to YOU! So whether you want to get stronger, bigger, fitter or more flexible, there’s a program here waiting for your enjoyment. Training is as much about behaviour change as it is physical change. That’s why we’ve created a great community where you can seek feedback, share experiences (good & bad), knowing full well that everyone is striving towards a better version of themselves whilst learning all of the same new skills you are.
