About CareXM’s Total Triage App
CareXM’s Total Triage is a smartphone app for in-home healthcare staff that uses CareXM’s intelligent call routing platform to automatically connect incoming patient calls to caregivers who are available to help instead of interrupting those who are already helping other patients. Staff can select from a variety of availability states as well as schedule future on-call states. CXM Mobile also features built-in HIPAA-compliant secure messaging and real-time staff location mapping for more efficient care visit coordination. Available on iOS and Android.
