What is Healthy Cities?

A sustainability project that Sanitas has been promoting since 2015 with the aim of promoting healthy lifestyles among people and contributing to the creation of healthier and more sustainable environments in our cities.

Join our challenge, together with companies and citizens of Chile, Spain and Poland walking 6,000 steps a day.

If we succeed, the Bupa Group (Sanitas, Luxmed and Bupa Chile) will invest in urban regeneration and reforestation projects in Spain, Poland and Chile.

In addition, you will receive proposals to take care of yourself and the planet. Because people's health is linked to the health of our environment.

By joining the Healthy Cities challenge and after creating your account, choose how to participate (with your company, your school or your city) and add your daily steps to those of your team.

Connect your favorite physical activity app to automatically record your steps and thus climb positions in the global ranking.
