Grandpashabet is a utility app that treats BMI not as a one-time curiosity but as a metric worth tracking, the built-in history turns the BMI calculator into a genuine progress tool that gets more useful the longer you use it.

Tracking your BMI over weeks and months with the history log lets you see your trajectory clearly: a downward trend after a dietary change, a plateau after initial progress, or a stable reading that confirms you're maintaining your target range.

The visual scale puts your latest reading in context against the full BMI range: showing the Underweight, Normal, Overweight, and Obese zones as a segmented bar with your score marked on it, so you understand not just the category but your position within it.

The metronome provides a musical tool in the same app: 20 to 300 BPM, tap tempo, time signatures from 2/4 to 6/8, beat accenting on the first beat, a pulsing visual indicator, and silent vibration mode for private practice anywhere.

Grandpashabet is fully offline and requires no registration, the full BMI tracking tool and nine other utilities are available immediately from the first launch.
