About BetUS
BetUS interface design pairs two navigation models: a horizontal carousel for game selection and a vertical five-tab bottom navigation for feature access. Together they cover all of BetUS's screens without nesting, tabs, or back-stack navigation!
The carousel handles the primary selection, which of the three games to play. Its horizontal swipe interaction is natural for comparing game options side by side, and the parallax depth effect reinforces the sense of browsing a collection.
The BottomNavigationView handles cross-cutting features, Leaderboards, Achievements, Shop, and Settings, that apply across all games rather than to a single one. These five tabs are always visible and always accessible from any screen state.
The two navigation systems are complementary. The carousel is used at the start of a session to pick a game; the bottom nav is used to check progress, buy skins, or adjust settings. Neither interferes with the other.
This combination allows BetUS to expose significant functionality, three games, a shop, an achievement system, leaderboards, and settings, through only two layers of navigation, keeping the app feel simple and the content accessible. Fully offline, no account needed.
