ServPatch is a care management app for UK care homes, domiciliary care providers and their care teams.

Designed for carers supporting residents in care homes and clients in their own homes, ServPatch brings assigned care, scheduled visits, care notes, medication records and incident reporting together in one simple, secure app. This helps care teams spend less time on paperwork and more time supporting the people they care for.
