ComfortZones is the industry’s first situational skills and data platform. It empowers individuals and leaders to manage, measure, and move their obstacles to healthy and productive work;

- ‘manage’ each and every root cause obstacle,
- measure its level of importance and severity, and
- move the obstacle with situational intelligence 'in the moment of need'

Our mobile app allows users to:

- clarify their root cause of daily emotional triggers and ongoing obstacles,
- rate and prioritize root causes to create an on-demand playlist,
- access support and practical actions in 3-5 minute audio micro-sessions
- track and monitor progress over time
