About PDF Form 1095 A for IRS: Sign Personal Tax eForm

PDFfiller has introduced a mobile application called IRS Form 1095-A



It’s a part of a special group of applications designed for tax management - each of which is dedicated to a specific tax document - and in this case - it's IRS Form 1095-A or the Health Insurance Marketplace Statement.

It’s mostly used by individuals who are involved in a health plan through the Health Insurance Marketplace. The goal of the blank 1095-A is to provide information on health coverage to the Internal Revenue Service.

Here is how the average taxpayer can fill out and e-file the blank:


✓ Open the app after uploading it to your mobile device.
✓ The very first thing you’ll see will be a drop-down menu offering you the option to choose the version of the document you need. The most recent version will be chosen by default.
✓ Click Fill Now and continue to the form.
The blank contains empty fillable fields colored in light-orange. Once you access the field on the page, a bright blue arrow will appear. It moves from field to field showing which one should be completed next. The active fields will turn into a white color with a green frame - so they can be easily noticed.
✓ If you want to skip the sequence offered by the application, you can tap on the necessary line in the panel on the top of the screen.
✓ Check the wizard tool to see if all of the required fields were completed.
✓ Form 1095-A doesn’t provide the option for a digital signature - so there is no need to use this tool in this case. But in the forms that require your signature, you’ll have the option to make it right within the app.

✓ After the document is completed, tap on the Done button. Then it will be ready to be sent. To do this, select to email the form. Next, fill out the fields that indicate who is the sender and who is the recipient. The latter can be chosen from your contacts. You also have the option to send a carbon copy - and the addressee can be selected from the address book as well.

After you customize the subject of the letter, it will be good to go.
