If Observa rejects an observation, do you still send the data to the customer?

Never! Observa only wants to pass along high-quality data to our customers, so we discard data from rejected observations. We only reject an observation if the Observer didn’t follow the instructions correctly. Observa wants to accept observations, because we both lose money and time whenever an observation is rejected. Right now, more than 90% of observations are accepted.

Can I really use Observa to earn Bitcoin?

Totally! As a company, we think that crypto is cool! Most secret shoppers prefer to make PayPal money, but a few prefer to earn Bitcoin. We’re more than happy to accommodate them! Observa uses Coinbase, so you can actually get paid in your preferred cryptocurrency. Coinbase supports Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum, Litcoin, and more!
