With the PVM Connect - Loja Perfeita App, it is possible to analyze for the definition of KPIs, customize the goals for each POS, with different weights according to the relevance of each one to your strategy.
Each store receives a score, which reflects the achievement of objectives and guides the team, the tool brings visibility to what is not well executed and needs to be corrected and what is working well and generating more sell-out.
The information also gets into the hands of those who have the power to improve execution: the team on the field. The application guides the work of the consultants and indicates during the visit where the faults are, so that they can be resolved after evaluation.

Average of the stores' final score, as long as the triggers below are met:
Trigger 1: Have at least
20 stores with collected questionnaires.
Trigger 2: Averaging 80 points for at least 10 stores.
IMPORTANT!
If one of the triggers (1 or 2) is not met, the metric score is reset to zero, even if the average score of all questionnaires is above 80 (minimum trigger to score).
