LEAP POD is a robust mobile application by LEAP India that digitizes and streamlines the entire Proof of Delivery (POD) workflow. Designed for logistics enterprises, the app bridges the gap between office managers and field transporters with a secure, role-based platform for document upload, approval management, and real-time reporting.

FEATURES

• UPLOAD POD: Capture delivery proof on the go. Select document types synced from SAP, enter document details, and attach photos from the camera or gallery, or upload PDF files. All attachments are automatically merged into a single, compact PDF document on-device before submission.
• PENDING APPROVALS: Review, approve, or reject POD submissions with a single tap. Add mandatory remarks for rejections. Use bulk selection to process multiple approvals at once, saving time during high-volume workflows.
• DOCUMENT JOURNEY: Trace the full lifecycle of any document. View chronological approval history, associated attachments, customer details, route information, and status changes, all in one place.
• POD REPORTS: Access a comprehensive view of all approvals with powerful filtering by status, document type, date range, and transporter. Visualize statistics through at-a-glance KPI cards (Total, Pending, Approved, Rejected) and export data to Excel for offline analysis.
• TRANSPORTER WORKFLOWS: Transporters get a dedicated interface tailored to their workflow:
Upload Queue: Fetch documents from SAP by date range, attach delivery proof, and submit for approval.
Approve Queue: Review pending approvals with predefined rejection reasons (No Stamp, Excess Quantity, Wrong POD, and more).
Approved POD: Track already-processed submissions with search, filter, and export capabilities.
• ROLE-BASED ACCESS: Four distinct roles (POD Admin, POD User, POD Viewer, and POD Transporter) ensure the right people see the right information. The interface adapts dynamically based on permissions.
• SECURE AUTHENTICATION: Enterprise-grade login powered by LEAP IAM with multi-factor authentication via OTP. Sessions are securely stored and validated on every launch.
• MULTI-LANGUAGE SUPPORT: Fully bilingual with English and Arabic. The interface supports right-to-left (RTL) layout with mirrored navigation, icons, and text alignment.
