It's not a great feeling to be anxious. And when you are, it's tough to meditate without having the stressful thoughts slip back in. Fortunately, with Stress Ball, you can interact with your phone and clear your mind with exercises, fidgets and videos within the app. There are five different tabs you can use to calm down: Breathe, Fidget, ChillTok, Reflect
In the Breathe tab, there are breathing exercises to help you take deep breaths and calm down. The phone also vibrates and provides various animations to distract your thoughts.
In the Fidget tab, there are virtual fidgets and toys you can play with to distract your mind and let out all of your anxious energy on the app. The fidgets also provide vibration and audio feedback to help you feel more relaxed.
In the ChillTok tab, you can *mindfully* scroll through super calming videos of nature, abstract art, etc. This will help you keep your mind off of anxious thoughts while healthily calming down instead of with social media content.
In the Reflect tab, you can talk through your feelings with StressBot, a virtual therapist! You can always swipe through a lot of positive quotes!
