What Is Spiritual Healing?

Energy Cleansing
Our bodies collect toxic energies from other people all the time. Whilst these energies may not be from ‘horrible’ people, they’re toxic because they don’t belong to us.

The more energies we collect that aren’t ours the dirtier our energy becomes and sometimes it’s like wading through treacle just to function on a daily basis.

Spiritual Healing will cleanse your energy and leave you sparkling, like you’ve just come out of the shower!


Massage
We collect tension and trauma in our muscles like rainwater in a waterbutt. Massage is one of the most amazing relaxing therapies that you can experience.

The muscles are lulled into a state of sedation through a mix of light pressure movements before deeper pressure is applied to remove those knots.

You’ll feel like you’ve had your body ‘ironed out’ at the end of the session.

Your brain will thank you for the rest time on the couch so you’ll find that you have much more focus and clarity than before.


Meditation
Comes in all different forms. Basically the idea is to still your Mind from the thoughts that are racing around in your head.

The Meditation that we do will vary, Your Guides will advise on the type of Meditation that might suit you best.

Just come with an open mind and allow yourself to be guided.

Chakra Balance
Our Chakras help the energy to flow around our body, and when one or more of them are out of alignment then we can feel out of balance, and just ‘off’.

Having your Chakras re-aligned is absolutely painless but the effects are amazing! The energy can travel around your body unhindered, you’ll be able to do things for longer before you tire, and you’ll have much more clarity than before so your everyday performance will be enhanced.
