Backwater Outlaws is an arcade boat racing game built for fast swamp runs, boss worlds, and custom bayou style.

Race through 100 levels across 10 themed worlds. Dodge gators, snakes, rival boats, logs, mud, and weeds while chasing cash, reward tokens, Nitro pickups, and clean runs.

Build your fleet:
- Unlock and upgrade swamp boats, skiffs, jet drives, airboats, and premium novelty rides.
- Compare speed, acceleration, handling, durability, mud cut, and weed cut.
- Equip the boat and motor package that fits your racing style.

Customize your look:
- Open the Paint Booth to design your own outlaw flag.
- Pick colors, stamp templates, and save your custom style.
- Show your flag across menus and race screens.

Chase progression:
- Clear career worlds and boss races.
- Earn rewards, daily streak prizes, achievements, and high scores.
- Track your best runs and improve your garage over time.
