About NAH.SHUTTLE

Moin, as we say in the North! With our demand-responsive shuttle service, mobility has become even smarter: you can book your journey conveniently and individually via an app, without the need for a timetable - configure your own customised route with NAH.SHUTTLE and get to your destination conveniently, quickly and safely.

The NAH.SHUTTLE vehicles operate in two service areas:

- Amt Süderbrarup (Unser smartes Dorfshuttle)

Mon-Fr.: 6:00 am to 7:00 pm

Sat.: 09:00 am to 7:00 pm

Sun 9:00 am to 3:00 pm

- Rendsburg Region (REMO)

Fri & Sat 9:00 pm to 3:00 am

Sun 9:00 pm to midnight

The NAH.SH offers its demand-responsive transport as part of the SH-tariff system and the tariff system of the County of Schleswig-Flensburg. Day, weekly, and monthly tickets as well as other valid tickets are accepted when presented to the driver. If you do not have a valid ticket, you can buy one before you start your journey, for example at www.nah.sh.

Important: Tickets purchased in the NAH.SHUTTLE app are not valid for onward travel on other means of transport in Schleswig-Holstein.

And this is how it works:

ENTER YOUR DEPARTURE LOCATION AND DESTINATION

We show you immediately in the app which vehicle can pick you up where and when.

In both regions, our demand-responsive transport will easily transport you between stops. The stops are all virtual and are displayed directly in the app. Some of the virtual stops also appear where a standard bus stop is located.

BOOK AND PAY FOR YOUR RIDE

Once we have found a suitable shuttle for your request, you can book your ride. You pay for your ticket directly in the app with a credit card or purchased credit. You can track the exact location of your vehicle on its way to you live via the app.

TAKE OTHERS WITH YOU

During the journey, you may be joined by other passengers with a similar destination. Carpooling in this way allows us to bundle several requests for rides, thus reducing the burden on our vehicles, the traffic on the roads and therefore also the negative impact on the environment.

RATE YOUR JOURNEY

When you arrive at your destination, you can give us feedback and rate your ride.

PRICE

Our demand-responsive transport service is integrated into the SH-tariff system (www.nah.sh/de/fahrkarten/fahrkarten) and the tariff system of the Count of Schleswig-Flensburg (www.vsf-gmbh.com/Tarifinfo.17.0.html).
