Five times a day, your phone locks. That is all.
Hudhur is a prayer time lockdown for Android. At every athan, your phone becomes inaccessible for thirty minutes - no apps, no notifications, no distractions. When the timer ends, one question appears: did you pray? Your answer is private, stored only on your device, and builds a thirty-day record of your salah.

How it works

Hudhur uses your location to calculate accurate prayer times and sets exact alarms for each one. When a prayer time arrives, a full-screen lock activates automatically - even if the app is closed. A system overlay draws it on top of every other app, including your home screen. An accessibility service watches for app switches and brings the lock back instantly if you try to leave. The only way out is through the prayer confirmation screen.
Emergency calls always pass through.

Permissions explained
Draw over other apps - required to show the lock screen on top of every application including the launcher. Without this, the lock can be bypassed.
Accessibility service - required to detect when you switch to another app during a prayer lock and return the lock screen. Only active during a lock. No usage data is collected or stored.
Location - used once to calculate prayer times. Coordinates are sent only to the Aladhan prayer times API and are never stored on our servers.
Hudhur was built for Muslims who want to pray on time and need something firmer than a reminder. There is no social layer, no streak gamification, no premium tier. Just your phone, locked, five times a day.
