• Remote start and stop — control your sauna from anywhere with an internet connection
• Live temperature — watch the cabin heat up in real time
• Temperature control — set your target from 90–170°F (30–75°C)
• Session timer — 1 to 60 minutes, with quick presets
• Chromotherapy lighting — eight colors, including a rotating cycle, with adjustable brightness. Each color is traditionally associated with a different mood, from energizing red to calming blue — set the tone of your session before it starts
• Household sharing — invite family by email; everyone controls the sauna from their own account
• Multiple saunas — link more than one and switch in a tap
• Usage history — review past sessions, duration, and peak temperature
• Notifications — get a push when your sauna reaches temperature and when a session ends
• Your way — Fahrenheit or Celsius, light or dark appearance

SETUP IN MINUTES
First-time setup happens right in the app: it discovers your sauna over Bluetooth, then walks you through connecting it to your home WiFi network (2.4 GHz networks only). Once connected, the sauna stays online on its own and the app controls it from anywhere.

A Health Mate infrared sauna with a WiFi-capable control unit, a 2.4 GHz WiFi network, and an account — sign up with email, or use Sign in with Google or Sign in with Apple.
