• DATA SECURITY – We believe that protecting your personal information, creating and enforcing privacy and security policies, and enhancing data protection strategies and technology to ensure the safety of our user’s personal information put our customers in control. Our strategy of keeping a cloud-based database, powered by a respected fortune 500 company (ies), means Customers and Providers can trust that their information will remain safe in the event of an attack on our App.

• SECURE PAYMENTS AND BOOKINGS – All payments are safeguarded by a secure API from our payment provider–Stripe. This strategy keeps all sensitive information from being breached even in an event of a breach on our app. All HALLÒ Helpers are provided with their own Stripe Account for managing payout settings.

• RATE YOUR CUSTOMER – To keep a fair trade experience, HALLO has a dual rating system. This enables providers the ability to rate customers and prevent any deliberate unfair ratings from going unchecked.
